A consummate perfectionist, he regards the whole of Sumara as a single ongoing work of art: one that can always be refined, and never truly finished. ## Biography From the Architecton, the Loom weaves magic into stone and glass to raise and maintain Sumara's physical fabric; every Nexus, aqueduct, and bridge of solidified light in the city is their work. Fenian sits on the Council of Circles as the Loom's voice on matters of city-wide governance, a cautious and watchful presence who reads the room rather than the speaker.
