He is as well known for the booming laugh that greets every patron at the door as for the wild embellishments he adds to any monster story he can get his hands on. ## Biography Tobias has run the Foggy Tankard for years, becoming a fixture of Lighthaven life in the process. The inn is a warm, cluttered refuge of hearth smoke, spiced stew, and the easy hum of locals trading gossip — and Tobias presides over it all with the easy authority of a man who genuinely enjoys his work. Also appeared briefly when [[Belinda Bubblegum]] stormed in demanding hop seeds for one of her experiments.
