Sharp-eyed and restless by nature, she works alongside her uncle at the shop while learning the trade — though her heart plainly belongs to the open country beyond the city walls. ## Biography Kira grew up listening to her uncle Gaara's stories of the wilderness, and by the time she was old enough to help, she had already decided the shop counter was a means to an end rather than a destination. Gaara took her on as an apprentice, recognising in her the same instinct for the land that defined his own craft — and knowing she would be wasted anywhere else. She has developed a particular aptitude for assessing creature remains: identifying quality, estimating value, and negotiating price with a composure that belies her age.
